Static Line

A nylon strap, called a static line, is attached to the inside of the airplane. You climb out of the aircraft under the supervision of your instructor and when you exit the aircraft the parachute is pulled open by the static line. Your parachute opens immediately and you float back to earth while a ground coach assists you by radio.

Questions

Just a few to ease your mind!

How do I Schedule a Jump?

Give us a call at 1-866-JUMP-USA or 717-264-1111. You may select the day that you want to jump and the time. (See Jump Schedule, below) We will ask you for a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per person to secure your time and date. Its as simple as that. If you have a group, you must have the names addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses of each member of the group. We have designed an organizer planning sheet that you may use to gather the necessary information.

Can I bring my own camera on my skydive?

No, it would get in the way and could compromise your safety.
